The porch with the small pool was amazing - my children loved it and I loved having coffees out there and reading my book. The apartment is nicely renovated with enough space for a family. One con is there is no a/c in the bedrooms, only the living room and the hallway. We slept with the bedroom doors open and it was still quite warm. I would recommend standing fans in each of the rooms to help the AC flow into there better. The bedrooms also do not have natural light - which could be a pro or a con depending on your sleeping in preferences! Building was great and the neighborhood (bottom part of Gracia) was PERFECTION. We loved walking down the boulevard with our kids and playing on the many playgrounds that lined it. Also not an area with a million tourists like in the Gothic Quarter.
