    Villa Ponent. Dein Ferienhaus

    Dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus wurde 2015 erbaut. Neu, modern und wunderschön – es ist mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und geschmackvoll mit hochwertigen Materialien eingerichtet.

    Es gehört zu einem Olivenhain mit über 1.200 Olivenbäumen, aus denen natives Olivenöl mit Herkunftsbezeichnung gewonnen wird.

    Die Villa Ponent gehört zwar zu diesem großen Olivenhain, bietet aber absolute Privatsphäre. Genieße dein eigenes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, Pool, Außendusche und Grill.

    Das Haus ist 100 m² groß und ebenerdig. Der Wohnbereich ist offen und geräumig. Hier findest du ein Wohnzimmer (mit Doppelschlafsofa), die Küche und das Esszimmer. Es gibt zwei Doppelzimmer mit hervorragenden Betten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Ausgang ins Freie. Das Bad mit Waschbecken ist liebevoll ausgestattet.
