With its colors and modern furniture, this rental apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families and small groups. It is also great for business travel because of its location. The apartment has a living room with fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) and sofa bed for two people; A bedroom with a double bed; A bathroom with shower and a balcony where you can have breakfast before starting the discovery of the city. This apartment incorporates in its equipment air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, panoramic TV and WiFi. One of its main characteristics is its location since it is in the neighborhood of the Villa de Gracia, belonging to the famous district of Gracia. It is 15 minutes walk from some of Barcelona's main attractions such as Parc Guell, Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, and less than 5 minutes from the most commercial streets in the neighborhood. With few stops of meters you can reach La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas or Plaza Catalunya.
