The property management was very responsive and easy to contact. They met us at the apartment and did a walk thru. It was very clean and everything in working order. Although the description did mention that we should be respectful of the neighbors regarding noise levels, we were not told that there was a noise monitoring device in the apartment that would send a message to the property manager if it went too high after 11pm (I think that was the cutoff time). This should have been explained during the check in process and what noise level it was set at. Apparently we set it off by having the TV on too loud (no party, or loud music, etc, just a TV.), which trigged a personal visit from the property mgr around 11:30pm, which off course caused alot of excitement that time of night. In fairness they did try to text me ahead of time but my phone was in sleep mode by then. Again this could have been averted had we been made aware of the monitoring device and how sensative it was during the check in process. Also the first night we were there was aparently garbage pick up day about 4am in the morning where we were all awakened by the sound of bottles and cans being emptied into a garbage truck for about 10 minutes (VERY LOUD). This of course is not the owners fault and I wouldn't mention it except for the apparent noise concerns after 11pm. Just saying..... ##### Mike K. Spacious, comfortable, combining old world charm with modern amenities. We had everything we needed and some unexpected extras including separate air conditioning controls and a way to easily contact someone if help was needed. The ability to store our luggage in an offsite location was a bonus. The views from the balconies were lovely and the neighborhood is safe and has everything you need.
