The apartment is located at "El Camp del l'Arpa del Clot", a typical central neighborhood of Barcelona, which stands out for the 19th century buildings and the wide streets. The sprawling Parc del Guinardo is within walking distance (15 min), as are Gaudi’s architectural masterpieces Sagrada Familia (20 min) and Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau (7 min). You will find multiple restaurants and shops surround the apartment. You will have access to the whole apartment. We have designed and created a stylish space with three plush bedrooms, two double and one single, especially thought for families. Two bathrooms and a spacious living room will make you feel at home. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi, hotel bed linens and towels, Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle, among many other amenities Just 2 minutes away from Camp de l'Arpa metro station, with direct and easy access to Sagrada Familia, Sants Station, Camp Nou stadium and downtown Barcelona. All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona. Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles. Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona. Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request. There is a € 5 management fee. \-Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). \- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival \- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). \- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. \- Parties are not allowed. \- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
