Central and comfortable The apartment is located in the city center, in the picturesque district of Sant Antoni market whose centenary will see from the balcony. The area is excellent for exploring the city. Due to its strategic location, you can go either walking or in the countless transportation (bus, metro, bike, etc) to places, neighborhoods and most emblematic monuments of the city. In just ten minutes walking, you will be in Las Ramblas, Plaza of Spain, the Passeig de Gracia, Rambla de Catalunya, Montjuic, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, the Raval, the gothic, or Maremagnum, among other examples. Taking the subway home at 50 meters you will find in just 15 minutes at the feet of the Holy Family. L'emplacement est pratique, assez central, à proximité de deux lignes de métro par lesquelles on accède rapidement à l'essentiel de la ville. Nombreux commerces à quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et a beaucoup de charme. C'est un peu petit pour un long séjour mais sur quelques jours c'est parfait. À déconseiller toutefois aux personnes âgées ou peu mobiles : comme indiqué sur l'annonce, l'un des lits est en mezzanine, accessible par une échelle. The Wood House is actually an indoor Mercado across the street. The rental apt is in an old building with an austere front (not pictured). We found dirty dishes and used pillow cases with previous guests hair oil on them. Had to hunt for bath towels and never located the hairdryer until hours after it was needed hidden on the top shelf of a bookcase. Dead flowers , lack of light bulbs and no batteries for the clock or fan. It’s not worth the price…stay somewhere else. IT DOES NOT HAVE 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 very small but attractive bedroom (without a window). There is a couch, convertible to a bed, next to the dining table, as shown in the owner's photo. And there is a loft with about 4' headroom reached by a vertical ladder. Worth mentioning also: the 'hot tub' mentioned in the description does not exist. Checking in was hard, complicated, got into building but code to get into the apt didn't work. Called vrbo at 1:30 am to get in and owner did answer and help. Once we were in and settled things were great but it was unnecessarily stress producing for weary travelers.
