There is a double bedroom, and a spacious living room with two single sofa beds and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle. The apartment is located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Barcelona, in the district of San Pedro and the Ribera, better known as El Born. The building provides an elevator and a communal rooftop terrace, open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The tourist tax in Barcelona is €6,88 per adult per night, and only children under 17 years old are exempt. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO. Not only did the place match the photo and description, but the service was equally as great. The place was VERY clean, beautiful, and located within walking distance to the beach, as well as several stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Just a few steps from the Aldo market and 2 blocks from the Franca train station- it was easy to get anywhere. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely recommend. FYI- it is important to know that payments, securities, access, etc. do not go through the VRBO website and are handled externally from DECO apartments- its a little confusing but the DECO staff is very responsive. ##### Annie J. We were able to start touring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was exactly what was promised, smallish, but very nice and an excellent location. Our kids slept on the couches in the living room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in Europe and that includes 11 years living in Europe. We cooked dinners two nights and they had all the tools we needed to cook which was helpful. The bathroom and shower were also nice, amazing water pressure and the rainfall shower were much appreciated. The location is close to the metro, nice restaurants and also the beach. Additionally it was close to the meeting points for our excursions, which all worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Greg B. Elevators were nice to have for the 3rd floor. The 3 balconies were dreamy, everything was spotless and the bed/pillows were super comfortable.
