This spectacular renovated penthouse of 70m² offers one of the most privileged views in Barcelona: a private terrace facing directly the world-famous Temple of the Sagrada Familia. Staying here means waking up every day to Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece, a sight that attracts more than four million visitors each year, yet one that you can enjoy quietly from your own home. The apartment is fully furnished and designed with comfort in mind, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, central air conditioning, and heating to ensure a pleasant stay in every season. The terrace is the highlight, providing a unique perspective of the basilica and a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The building has elevator access for convenience, though guests should note that renovation works will be ongoing for the next three months.  
  
The location could not be better. Situated in the heart of Eixample Dret, this neighborhood is considered the epicenter of Catalan modernism and is home not only to the Sagrada Familia but also to other architectural treasures such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Casa Amatller, and the Sant Pau Modernist Site. Avenida Gaudí, with its lively pedestrian avenue, cafés, and local shops, is right around the corner, offering the perfect setting for leisurely strolls. From here, you are also just a short walk or metro ride away from Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, and the Gothic Quarter, making it the perfect base to explore the cultural, culinary, and architectural wealth of Barcelona.  
  
Guests are asked to note some important details before booking. Replacement of towels or sheets is not included, and groups of young people are not accepted. A baby crib can be provided upon request for €30 per stay, subject to availability, and additional guests not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per person per night. Late check-in fees apply depending on the time and date of arrival, ranging from €30 before 10 p.m. on weekends or holidays to €150 after 1 a.m. on December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1. Finally, Barcelona’s tourist tax of €6.25 per person, per night (for guests over 16 years old, up to 7 nights) will be applied at check-in.
