We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Gràcia. The modern elements of decor contrast nicely with the colourful floor tiles, typical in Barcelona flats. A nice balcony leading from the living room is ideal to observe the scenes of the city. The open plan living room has a lounge area, equipped with a hanging hammock chair, next to a dining table made for four. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking appliances and utensils. The office is fitted with a hand-made desk and shelf, by a craftsman using recycled wood. The master bedroom comes with ample storage space and a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a full shower. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room. Bed linens and towels are provided. \*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. \*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
