Overall a wonderful stay. My only criticism is it's quite noisy because we had to leave the windows open for airflow. A ceiling fan would be a good idea.

Rooms Calabria offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's a good location, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, and communication from the host was clear throughout. My one downside was the fee for a late check-in, my flight was delayed so it wasn't within my control, however I do understand that this is a blanket policy and the host's time deserves respect!

Pros: good location, useful amenities in the accommodation, good as a base Cons: hidden charge for AC €10 per day which was not advertised, other residents stole our food from shared kitchen despite us only using allocated shelf in fridge, clean towels and bedsheets were not given when we messaged host to request - received no reply, very noisy both from outside and inside the accommodation Overall - would advise factoring in an extra €10 per day for AC as it was hot without, ask any questions upfront during check in as host may not respond during stay (including requesting new towels/sheets), use shared kitchen cautiously as food was stolen, bring ear plugs for noise, otherwise this place can be a good base to go explore Barcelona from

The check-in and check-out process is not the best as there is no front desk. Yu also have to leave a deposit for the room via a link so that the property can have your card information. The communication with the staff was confusing with diferent people contacting. And the staff does not speak english. In the morning, before check-out, I also had a worker coming into my room to do some fixing. Otherwise the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean

The person who was supposed to meet us and met us in to the apartment lost their key. We have to wait for about 30-45 mins. No sleep, long flight and was asked to wait. When we got in, the room we book wasnt the one i booked. We were given a bunk bed. There were roaches in the property — bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

The hosts begged constantly for 10euro charge for A/C, which wasn't clear at the time of booking. At some point, the toilet paper and paper towels ran out, and the hosts were nowhere to be found. We had to go and buy our own.

No es recomendable, el baño se comparte con 7 personas, cucarachas en cocina todos los días, nos quejamos y no se nos atendió. No cambian sábanas, ni toallas. Las toallas huelen a humedad. Un dia no hubo papel de baño. No se cambio foco de una lampara, se reporto desde el primer dia y el dia 20 no llego a su cambio. Las cubre camas llenas de sangre, no las cambiaron. La verdad fue un terror estar ahí. No lo recomendamos.

Excelente limpieza y ubicación. Nunca tuvimos TV no funcionaban los canales, nadie reviso este detalle previo a la llegada nos perdimos el partido del Barça :( Trato muy frío por parte de las chicas extranjeras que entregan el apartamento a la llegada y salida.

La camera è ampia e pulitissima, il letto comodo ed il bagno interno impermeabile. La cucina in comune è dotata di tutto l'occorrente e la zona circostanze morto tranquilla tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici., è possibile trovare nelle vicinanze un supermercato e don bar caffè dove servono un caffè buonissimo. Per concludere anche la comunicazione con Lost è stata rapida e veloce.
