The apartment was perfect for 3 people with a little terrace to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker, dishwasher, cutting boards, wine opener, knives, etc. there is a washing machine and you hang your clothes out to dry, the AC was nice to have and worked well in main bedroom and living area. The smaller bedroom was slightly warm but still comfortable. The host Frederic met us upon arrival and showed us around the place and things operate, Only complaint would be not enough closet space but we shared what we had! We loved the neighborhood as it is near but not directly in the tourist areas. It is about one block from the PobleSec metro and bus line directly downtown, there are groceries, restaurants and bars just steps from the apartment. One caveat, there are a lot of narrow stairs to reach the third floor so it is not a good option for anyone who has mobility issues. It is a short walk to the metro station (5 mins) and there is lots of eating establishments right nearby. The apartment had plenty of room for our group of four and it’s nice that the bathroom was separate from the shower as it allowed us to multitask. The only thing to be aware of is that it is two flights up and there are no elevators. We love the view and would recommend this property to others. Manager told us: “don’t drink the water, it will make you sick”. Not a good neighborhood for us. We found more restaurants operated by Bangladeshis than Spaniards. ##### Eugene L. We were footsteps away from the butcher, the fruits and vegetable store, bakery, supermarket, pharmacies. Also wonderful coffee shop, pizza and many great restaurants within a 2 - 10 minute walk. The metro and bus lines were at the end of the street. Very cozy and friendly neighborhood with easy acces to all that Barcelona has to offer. ##### Mary C. Very close to parks, restaurants, markets and metro. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for an active family of 4\.
