My 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for families and groups! Only 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella's parc and 3 minutes away from Urquinaona (Metro Red Line L1 & Green Line L3). The Space: The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this 95 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to Plaza Urquinaona and the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Barcelona’s historic Eixample is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. We manage other apartments in the same building, ideal for business groups and big families! ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona. Getting Around: The closest metro station is Plaça Urquinaona (Lines 1 & 4). The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€ Other Things to Note: \*\*\* TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS \*\*\* \- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. \- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
