The check in could have been quicker with an extra person on reception. Housekeeping wasnt good on the first day better on the second however on both days the coffee/tea supplies werent topped up. Would stay again as great area.

Great staff, housekeepers do a great job to keep the rooms clean. Reception desk provides good customer service. Great location, 2 mins from metro. Lots of food options near by. We would come again.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked great. The hotel is conveniently located one block from a main avenue and subway access . Las Ramlas is only a 12 min walk. For the most part quiet. The only inconvenience is that check in is after 3pm. You have to pay an euro to store your bags.

Good location for sightseeing
Friendly staff. A good location. Room was incredibly small but did have a small outdoor patio. Breakfast was very basic.

I overall liked it ! The AC did not work in my room and I notified them about it. They said someone would coke fix it but no one ever did and they did not have another room to offer me. So I was kinda upset about that part

Staff at the reception was very nice. Room was ok, but smell was coming from the bathroom I think and was going into the room. A bit noisy street and location is not so nice, even though it is close to metro etc. Overpriced I believe. It is just ok hotel.

Good value. 4th stay at this hotel. Large room. Safe. Great wifi. Convenient location. 2 minutes from Metro / Funicular. Room had an odd odour coming in the bathroom (through the plumbing I imagine) but in fairness, I didn’t say anything until check out after my 4 night stay. I just used a can of air spray and all was fine. I mentioned this to reception on check out. A Carre Four and Dias minutes away for snacks. Recommended

I stayed at Hotel Paral-lel December 2022 for six nights. The front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and very accommodating. My room was small and clean and suited my one week stay perfectly. The breakfast offerings were great with lot of options to change things up over the course of my stay. The hotel is two blocks from Las Ramblas and close to the port to walk to Barceloneta beach for a lovely stroll.

Great location, reception staff very nice. Only thing i would criticise is the wifi at the hotel. The wifi does not stay connected, it disconnects each time you turn your phone off and you have to login each time.

It's a basic very clean modern hotel in an extremely vibrant area. There is no bar so there's not much atmosphere, but plenty as soon as you get on the street. Loads of places to eat and bars, cinemas, theatres. It's about 10 minute walk to the port if you're getting a ferry, and a 1 minute walk to the Paral.lel metro station including the Funicular to go up Mont Juic.

Great room & staff - bad wifi
Great hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff but terrible wifi that would cut in and out every few minutes. The room over all is nice and had everything we needed. The hotel is located near the metro and has lots of shops and food options. By foot you can go to park Montjuic and see the dancing fountain, Olympic park and get amazing views of the city from the castle. We would stay here again but hopefully they’ll have better wifi next time.
