It was so close to the metro and to beautiful shopping areas and to Gaudi’s Battlos. My only caution is the noise. Even though we were high up the noise all hours of the night can be a bit much. However, they were also celebrating 100 years of Gaudí with concerts every evening at Battlos so maybe the timing was unusual. But I would absolutely book this place again and bring ear plugs. Close to transportation and short walk to plaza de Caytalunya, 1 block from famous Battlo House. Great restaurants right on the block (Tapas Nolla) and 2245\. Mini mart right across the street and another right around the corner. Easy check-in and helpful customer service (coordinating off-time check-in). Comfortable bed and small but sufficient kitchen & bathroom. Even did a load of laundry while there. Enough room to cook in a few nights. Floors and beds were clean but, kitchen refrigerator had mold inside, closet shelves were dusty, there were dirty fingerprint marks on light switches and doors. dinning table class had food spill under. I sent email after I checked in listing all the stufff and got no response. Water heater stopped working and had to replace it and next day it started leaking. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Modern, clean and nicely furnished. It was at the top of the main square and central to all major attractions and trains. All amenities were great especially AC with the hot weather. There was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo/soap, detergent and dish washer tablets. They thought of everything. Other places we had to purchase these. We were given a welcome package with tea, biscuits, oil and vinegar which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this property.
