The apartment features a practical fully-equipped American kitchen, which includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary to prepare your meals. Additionally, it has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.   
  
One of the most outstanding features is the balcony, where you can enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The apartment also has WiFi and TV, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.   
  
The location is unbeatable, in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood, in the heart of Barcelona, combining traditional charm with a modern and vibrant atmosphere. Famous for its iconic market, its streets are full of cafés, signature restaurants and unique boutiques. A few steps from Las Ramblas and the Eixample, this neighbourhood offers a perfect location to explore the city, while enjoying a calm and authentic atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking to experience the local essence with all amenities nearby.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228\. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00\. Mobile self check-in from 15:00\.   
  
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
