Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 80 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30 € / day). This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 30 € / day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest. The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. In addition, we have included an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure your comfort. Nov 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location #### Nice neighborhood but rundown apartment not exactly like the pictures This agency is managing several apartments in the building, hence the listing often still being on VRBO after you rented it (for same dates). The apartment was definitely not the one on the listing, not as clean and fancy! It's rundown and you can tell it's heavily rented. The couch had a big hole, bathroom's lights were flickering or not working at all, furniture were damaged, water leaks on ceiling....etc. The most problematic for us was to get our deposit back. It was supposed to take about 10 days but it took 5 emails and some phone calls to finally hear from the agency 3 weeks later saying they had processed it. Shady! Apart from that, the building is fine, the neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close to restaurants and shops. ##### Leo T. There is everything needed for one week stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, a big supermarket almost next door and the bus stop to Camp Nou (No H8) and bus to the Maritim-beach(47) is on the right side, really close to the apartment. We bought 2x T-10 cards for travelling by bus and tube, it was enough for one person for one week. Metro lines are close from the apartment. Il était , soi-disant, "better" mais la qualité des prestations n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions aux vues du prix payé pour la semaine de location . Nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée que les stores des chambres ne pouvaient pas s'ouvrir donc on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres non plus.... et nous n'avons eu aucune intervention ni suivi de notre demande. J'ai sollicité une compensation mais rien ne nous a été proposé. Les bondes des baignoires et bidet n'étaient pas compatibles avec le système d’évacuation, il n'y avait que très peu de vaisselle, .... Par ailleurs il y avait énormément de bruit des voisins chaque nuit et jusqu'à pas d'heure ce qui nous a empêché de dormir ##### Christelle L.
