Perfect for big families and groups of friends! Please note: price indicated is per one apartment (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) Several units located in a Modernist building. Each apartment comes with 95sqm and the building comes with lift and CCTV. Each one is distributed in 3 bedrooms, (5 single beds), 2 complete bathrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed (for the 6th and 7th guests) and a balcony and an equipped kitchen. The apartments comes with WIFI, TV with international channels, air conditioning/heating, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bed linens for each guest, free toiletries and welcome cleaning pack. The building is located at 10 minutes walking to Ciutadella Park, Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia... The metro station Tetuan (L2 the purple one) is at 20 meters. The apartments were located in different floors, but fit all of us perfectly, so everybody was able to have a good time, the area is really nice and Sage. Only the school courtyard in the building is extremely mount during recess and you will not be able to work with open windows. Karen and her staff were very accommodating and addressed all of our inquiries and requests in a timely manner. The location was central. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Las Ramblas and the nice shopping areas. We felt safe in the neighborhood. There were many good coffee shops and bakeries with just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well, but it was a little dated. The location is awesome, not too far from anything and everything from La Sagrada Familia to the Gothic Quarter is walkable. The apartments themselves had very comfortable beds and adequate seating area, however, they did lack a bit in supplies (we ran out of toilet paper) and getting the Wi-Fi took a significant amount of effort and time because I had to be in contact with the management company. One of our apartments had a cigarette odor which was a bit overwhelming especially since it seemed like there was an attempt to cover it with cleaning solution, the other did not have any smells. I would definitely consider staying here again when in Barcelona because of the location, but I would ask for a few things to be provided. ##### Matt A. We received our check-in instructions and arrived at the property - it was not what we booked - it was blocks away from the property we reserved and only had one bathroom versus 2, it was on 8th floor (1 elevator max of 3 ppl) requiring walkup, bad neighborhood and other renters were VERY loud all night long. We contacted host immediately - she said there had been a booking error and she couldn't give us our original booking ($459/nt vs the one we were in which was $254/nt) - she would only give us a $700 refund but should have been $2400 if we were paying the $254 that the property was listed for) We tried to find other accommodations - and when we found something she said we would have to pay the full cancelation fee - (i.e., the entire price of the booking) This is a fraudulent host - DO NOT RENT from her. ##### Amy S. There are cafes, bakeries and grocery stores within the neighborhood and the metro is right across the street with Catalonia Square just two stops away. Karen was a perfect host. Although we arrived late in the evening she arranged the staff took their time showing us around the flat and patiently answering our many questions. The check-in staff provided us with lots of local information. The flats were spotless . The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything our family needed. The building was in a great location, close to metro with restaurants near by.
