It is situated on the last floor (don't be scared, there are 2 elevators). You can enjoy the sunset from your own private terrace, taking a cup of coffee or GinTonic :-) Of course, there is a high speed optic fibre wifi connection (300Mb) in the whole apartment. The flat is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Eulalia, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a few kilometres south of Barcelona. This area was formerly a working-class neighbourhood with a strong industrial presence. In recent years, however, urban renewal has taken place and the area has been transformed into a residential and commercial neighbourhood. Among the tourist attractions close to the flat are the Can Mercader Park, which has large green areas and several hiking trails, and the Joventut Theatre, which hosts a wide range of cultural performances. As for the typical bars and restaurants in the area, the tavern Els 4 Gats, where you can enjoy typical Catalan dishes, and the restaurant Casa de Tapas Cañota, which offers a varied selection of tapas and raciones. As for means of transport, the apartment is very well served by public transport, with several bus lines and the Santa Eulalia metro station just a few minutes' walk from the flat.
