Villa Victoria Barcelona is a unique property of over 550 m² located within the city of Barcelona, set on a plot of more than 600 m² with spacious terraces, a swimming pool, a heated spa and a private garden. This villa, awarded the highest tourist classification of five keys, offers an unparalleled experience of comfort and exclusivity in the heart of Barcelona.   
  
Recognised as a neoclassical and artistic heritage building from the early 20th century, the villa was completely restored in 2013, combining classical elegance with contemporary design. Every detail has been carefully selected to provide an exceptional stay, including air conditioning throughout, spacious and bright double bedrooms, Wi-Fi connection, televisions in every room, safes, fully equipped bathrooms and a refined balance of antiques and modern furnishings.   
  
Upon entering through the main door, guests are welcomed by an impressive entrance hall featuring marble staircases, bronze chandeliers and 18th-century Chinese vases. On this floor there is a large games and meeting room, an open-plan space of nearly 170 m² designed in a loft style. It offers entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball, billiards, game area, bar, sofas, television and reading corner. This level also includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite.   
  
The first floor features four double bedrooms, each with its own distinctive character, and three full bathrooms, two of them en suite. On this level there is also a spacious living room with a television, comfortable sofas and an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or planning the day’s itinerary. Next to the living room is the dining area, which seats up to sixteen guests, and a modern Italian-design kitchen equipped with high-end Siemens appliances such as two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, creating a functional and elegant space. From the kitchen, guests have direct access to the garden, swimming pool and heated spa.   
  
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool surrounded by tropical wood decking, sun loungers and an outdoor dining space with table and chairs. The heated spa, with capacity for six people, provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city.   
  
On the second floor there is a small studio and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, both providing access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace with wooden decking, elegant latticework, seating and sun loungers. On the opposite side of the terrace is the tower room, also with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.   
  
Villa Victoria Barcelona is located in a quiet residential area, yet very well connected to the rest of the city. The Sagrada Familia and the modernist complex of Hospital de Sant Pau are only ten minutes away. Nearby, guests will find shops, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, all within walking distance for maximum convenience. The villa enjoys excellent transport connections, with a bus stop right in front of the property, a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away and taxis easily available at any time, making it simple to move around the city with ease.   
  
During their stay, guests benefit from a daily weekday cleaning service and personalised assistance available to handle any request, from private transfers and personal chefs to tours and tailored experiences in Barcelona.   
  
Information Notes:1) Location and rules:Villa Victoria Barcelona is located within the city, in a residential area. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors' quiet hours.Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00.Pool and heated spa hours: 09:00 to 22:30.A decibel detector is installed out of respect for the neighbors.2) Booking conditions:The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be over 25 years old. Parties or noises that may disturb neighbors are not allowed.3) Maximum occupancy:Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight. Any additional overnight guest will incur an extra charge.Any visitor during the day, even if not staying overnight, must be previously notified and authorized by the property.   
  
Important: A security deposit of 2,000€ and the applicable tourist tax per person per night will be collected upon arrival.   
  
The Villa includes: Four sets of keys, daily cleaning on weekdays, amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel), bed linen, bath and pool towels, hair dryer in every bathroom, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and dishwasher.It also includes private parking for one car or van.Energy Rating: E (166 kWh/m2 year and 35 kg CO2/m2 year)

Very comfortable house with a nice covered deck for meals by the pool. Easily fit our group of 9\. Very friendly neighborhood outside the tourist areas with all you need within walking distance. We used the pool table and ping pong table daily! Overall a great experience.

#### What a fabulous stay

As a group of 11 women celebrating my 60th birthday, I have to say I am super impressed. From booking the villa, to contact prior to arrival, to our stay. Imanol, Marco and Olga were all amazing. I arranged food on arrival, cars both from the airport and for trips out, and a chef, all through prior contact with them, and they could not have been more helpful. Olga was amazing… 11 ladies of a certain age is a bit like herding cats, but she dealt with any issues we had and went over and above. Olga was like having our own personal helper if we had any queries and it was never any problem to her, even coming in early every day to put the coffee machine on. The villa is fabulous. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well kitted out, even to the point of having spices, oils, coffee and so many cooking utensils, everything is thought of. The games room was a fabulous addition and we made the most of it. We had a ball and would highly recommend to anyone who are thinking of going. Our only negative, and it is minor, was that it was hard to get a taxi to come to the house as it is bit out of the way, but this was very minor and public transport is very close by. Well done you guys, you are professional and made our trip incredible. We loved it.

We traveled to Barcelona to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends. The villa was beautiful, clean and a wonderful experience. We were close enough to the train station to get to 99% of the places we wanted to go! Many stairs in the villa so keep that in mind if you have an older group. Hope to go back in the future!! Marcus and Olga assisted us so wonderfully while at the villa!

The place is exactly as described in property details. Olga the house keeper is the best. Very helpful. Metro is just 5 minutes away and for 2 euros you can get into Barcelona center in 10 minutes. Great place. Excellent kitchen

#### Barcelona gem!

Wonderful large house in Maragall that was perfect for our group of 13 for the week we spent in Barcelona. Firstly the house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The house is perfectly situated in a charming residential neighborhood close to parks, bakeries/ Cafes, specialty wine shops, supermarkets, butcher shop etc. There were 2 Metro stations within a 10 min walk and a bus stop in front of the house. We could walk to Parc Guell up the hill and easily get everywhere in the city via metro. It was great to be able to experience the city during the day and come back to a quiet residential neighborhood at night to rest. We were meet by Marco and Olga ( the housekeeper) on arrival, they gave us a tour of the house and answered all our questions. Olga was fantastic with helping us with logistics, restaurant recommendations + reservations, laundry if requested, arranged a home chef for us who made 2 large paellas for us for Thanksgiving. The house was cleaned and beds were made everyday. There was a pool we did not use because it was cold, we did however use the hot tub. The ground floor of the house had a spacious game room with a pool table, pong table and foosball which the both kids and adults enjoyed at the end of the day. Overall this is an incredible property, staff provided excellent service and I would highly recommend it for large groups visiting Barcelona!

Our stay was outstanding. The property exceeded our expectations. The housekeeper, Olga could not have been more helpful. The whole process from booking until we left was seamless. One very small point : we couldn’t check in until 5 pm. It would have been very helpful if check in had been an hour or two earlier. Otherwise. Fantastic.

#### Excellent villa

We loved our time at the villa. So much space for everyone. Extremely clean and well looked after with lots of extra touches. Olga, the housekeeper is a super star and could not have been more helpful. Metro is a 5 min walk away and bus stops right outside so even though it was a bit out of town you could get in easily and cheaply. Lots of great restaurants in the neighbourhood too.

Incredible house! Pictures don’t do it justice. Game room and pool area are awesome! The property manager is very helpful, and the housekeeper, Olga, is amazing and available for anything. Great little cafe across the street, markets and restaurants nearby. In house chef available upon request. Overall amazing experience!

#### Bachelorette in Barcelona

Me and my 12 closest friends from the USA traveled to Barcelona to celebrate my bachelorette! Villa Victoria served as our home-base and we could not be more thrilled with our experience. The booking and check-in process with Imanol was seamless, Olga was AMAZING and the house was spotless, beautiful and so very comfortable. Each girl had her own bed and some of us had our own rooms. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of space to lounge, eat, swim, dine indoors/outdoors and spend time together. We had so much fun relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub and we loved cooking having breakfast together each morning with pastries from the numerous bakeries near the house. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed every minute of our time at Villa Victoria and in the city of Barcelona. Thank you to Olga, Imanol and everyone who made our stay unforgettable, perfect and FUN! #### Family Vacation

Nice location in a residential area within walking distance to markets, restaurants and shops and 20 minutes by taxi to downtown. The villa is clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities, utensils, etc. The Siemans coffee machine was great and the beds were fantastic. It was a perfect home base for all 14 of us, and Olga was a fabulous added bonus! Among other things, she arranged taxis for us to a Barcelona soccer game and to the airport. Parking for one rental car also came in handy.

#### Amazing Villa and Amazing Service

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The villa is beautiful, spacious and has more than everything you need from towels, shampoo, kitchenware, spices, etc. Great location outside of the city, but not too far for when you want to go visit the sites. We woke up every morning and went across the street for fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, coffee, etc. Everything is so fresh and within just a minute or two walk. I can't say enough about how great this location was for a true immersion into the local culture. Not many tourists in this area. The best part of the entire vacation was Olga, the housekeeper/personal assistant. No matter where we were, we could call her and she would arrange a taxi for pickup. She helped organize our dinners, golf outings, entertainment and transportation to and from. We wanted to bbq one night and asked her where we could buy charcoal. She said she would take care of it and when we arrived home, we had a complete spread on a table of tongs, trays, charcoal, lighter, etc. Olga cleaned the kitchen every morning and the housekeepers kept everything in perfect condition. Essentially, this was like staying in a 5 star hotel but much better. Think Four Seasons type service. I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was and by far the best rental we've ever stayed in. Thank you all so much for making our trip so wonderful!

#### The Villa was perfect for our family vacation

This was the perfect property for our family of 14\. The five young children, aged 3 to 8, loved the game room and otherwise spent most of their time in the lovely pool. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the outside covered eating area where we took all of our meals. The beds were very comfortable. The Villa is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and all the rooms were very quiet at night. Access to public transportation was excellent - a bus stop a few steps away, and two metro lines were a relatively short walk. Imanol was very responsive to questions and the housekeeper, Olga, was extremely helpful to us - ordering taxis to the airport, with great suggestions for restaurants and making reservations. We will definitely be back.

#### Perfect villa for a group of family and friends

Villa Victoria was perfect for our three families to share a vacation in Barcelona. We were three couples and four adult children with more than enough space in the eight bedrooms. The Villa is located between the La Font d'en Fargues and Vilapicina neighborhoods outside of the main tourist area, but close enough to walk to attractions like the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and the Hospital du Sant Pao. We are walkers and loved to hike up the nearby Parc del Guinardó to see panoramic views of Barcelona. From there it is a short walk into Guadi's Park Güell. We like to cook as a group and Villa Victoria was perfect for that with a big table inside and outside next to the pool. There are easy amenities like grocery stores, fish, meat, fruit and vegetable, and wine and cheese shops all within a block of the Villa. Our favorite activities were to go shopping in the neighborhood for everything we needed for dinner and then spend the evening cooking, dining, and chatting outside by the pool and hot tub in the lovely garden area. There is a Metro stop a few blocks away that can get you anywhere in Barcelona or you can catch a taxi. Olga, the housekeeper, was available everyday to setup the coffee machine, deliver fresh towels, keep everything neat, and was always available to arrange taxis and provide recommendations for sites and restaurants. Imanol, the host, was very friendly and efficient with all of the arrangements and communication. Overall, a perfect location for our three families to spend a week together exploring Barcelona and connecting as a group. Strongly recommended.

This is a rare gem in the heart of Barcelona. Great area to explore the city from, great facilities in and around the villa. Imanol & Olga make sure absolutely nothing is left to chance and the villa is kept in pristine condition. They are friendly and available for questions at any time and gave us plenty of tips in their handy brochure. We will definately be returning in the future and I would recommend others to definitely pay this place a visit!

#### Wonderful Holiday In A Stunning Villa

First of all we would like to thank the owners of Villa Victoria, and the wonderful housekeeper Olga, for ensuring that our stay in this stunning villa was made very special. We are a family of 7, from London. Having stayed in several other villas around Europe in the past, we know exactly what we are looking for, when booking a villa. However, Villa Victoria certainly surprised us. Everything that we could have wished for is there. This is certainly a top class, luxury villa, which kept all of our party happy, throughout our stay. From the swimming pool and hot tub. To the excellent games room. Which we used every day. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable, and the property is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is large, with every appliance that you could need (with an excellent coffee machine). The whole property is so clean and very tidy. The neighbourhood is quiet enough, with no noise at night. There are supermarkets close by. Although the closest train station is a few minutes walk away. Overall this is a 10 out of 10 villa. So, thank you again for ensuring that our family holiday this year, was made very special.

#### Our very own palace in Barcelona!

We stayed at this lovely home with our parents, our Au pair and one other family for a week. What a fabulous home! It has lots of well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with delicious coffee and a huge game room. Perfect for keeping our kids entertained. Then there’s the pool! It was a must during our very hot stay. And everything we needed was provided by the ever-attentive house manager Olga. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
