I couldn’t work the codes. After finding a number to talk to someone in Munich, I was told I had to pay the city tax separately. I could not complete that step as the security code for my credit card was not providing me the code. I finally had to forfeit the hotel and find another place to stay. The didn’t give me my access codes until almost an hour in.
