This incredible apartment of approximately 70 m², with a large solarium of 35 m², is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €30/day. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a refreshing community pool. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with the Joanic metro station (L 4) within walking distance. This penthouse in Gràcia with terrace and pool for 6 is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into three levels that give dynamism and modernity to the whole complex. The first level is intended to host the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The second level is intended to house the rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is an optimal place for eloquent evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool that will allow you to spend memorable days or simply relax. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). \-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. \-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
