Dirty walls, dirt on curtains and bed covers, dirty kitchen equipments (forks, oven, spoons) The bed sheets, pillow and blanket covers had sticky (dark) hair, and I mention dark cause it easily could be seen by the person who clean the room and claims that it’s ready to next guest. The carpet in the leaving room was dirty (again, hairs), seems that before our check in, no one really vacuumed it. Reception’s operation hours and it’s totally un-functionally in between. The operation hours are from 10:30 AM-7 PM but during this period many times you'll meet "on a break" sign. While most of the tourists are usually out for traveling during the day, it means that if you need anything, there is none to communicate with. The only way for communication is phone call, I would expect from the owners to understand that in the end of 2019 many people use messaging way of communication or email, and not phone call (lucky they didn’t ask for fax).
