The apartment is quiet, has elevator and washer and dryer in the building. We requested and were given a crib and a high chair for the baby. Master bathroom door did not fit in correctly and hence made a puddle on floor that we had to clean ourselves. Had to throw trash out in the street and clean up apartment before leaving. Bottom line - we stayed at a hotel in Madrid and the service was top notch. I don’t think I would stay here again. It was extremely helpful that we could leave our bags in the apartments main offices upon checking out and the staff there were fantastic. Our only concern was it was sometimes noisy coming from the pool area (not sure if the pool needed to be topped up with water) and sometimes from the stairwell. But overall it was great - having 2 bathrooms was great & also access to the washing machine and dryer was very helpful.
