Accommodation of 75 m². It has lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating, air conditioning only in living room, 1 Television. The American kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.** **Please take into account the following important information before booking:** **\- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.** **\- Baby cot:** **Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.** **\-Extra guest:** **Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.** **\- Late arrival:** **\- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros** **\- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros** **\- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros** **\- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).** **\- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.** **\- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances.
