The cab rank is only a 3 minute walk away. \- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). \- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival \- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). \- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. \- Parties are not allowed. \- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. \- The flat's capacity is of 5 people.
