Decent size room but bathroom was a joke. You had to literally climb over the toilet to get into the bath / shower. Extremely unsafe. Had to sit sideways on the toilet because of a marble counter directly in front of it that you hit your legs on when you stand up. Bath was so small you could only sit cross legged in it or go on your back and slide your legs up the wall (not an exageration - the toilet was more than half the length of the bath). I don't mind a small bathroom but it has to be functional... The staff reaction when I reported this and the dirty blankets & dirty towel was non-descript - no apology, nothing. This hotel shouldn't be offered on Expedia.

Tiny rooms. Waste of money. Avoid.
Totally waste of money. The room was very very small. Claustrophobic. 8 feet width and probably including the toilet room, it would be about 15 feet in length. For the price of 225 euros per night, I stayed for 3 nights. It was a sheer and total waste of money. No sufficient toiletries. Just one bottle of water which was not replaced. There was a balcony which is of no use, especially if you are a business traveler.

I could hear the water running through the pipes. No AC had to leave patio door open, did not feel comfortable. only 1/2 water pressure to shower head the rest of water stayed in tub spout. No wash clothes in bathroom.

Property is well located. Bathrooms are showing signs of wear. Walls are thin so recommend bringing ear plugs.

This hotel was just “ok” in my opinion. The staff were not very friendly, the check-in took over 20 minutes, and the room was not fully cleaned when I arrived. I did feel safe and it served it’s purpose of being a place to stay while in town. It’s just a very far walk from a lot of things to do.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds
The rooms have everything you need for a stay - i stayed for business so didn't spend much time in the hotel but the room was comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room is large and well set out with a great choice and good food so this is a huge plus. i have stayed here twice now and would stay again. The hotel is manageable walk to the Sagrada familia, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 20 minute walk. The pool is very small and overlooked by appartments but they have made good use of the area and is nice for a quick dip

Good, clean and well appointed
Pool is smaller than pic but still a great asset in 40deg temps. Very smart hotel. Out of centre but good transport links with Metro across the road. Lovely little lit up sidestreet with tapas bars in next block.

New favourite spot in Barcelona
This place is amazing for a three star hotel. I have stayed in a few places in the Sagrada Familia vicinity and I definitely would come back here. Firstly, the rooms very very clean, hoovered and serviced daily. There was a generous supply of toiletries, toothbrush/toothpaste pack and razor/shaving cream packs, as well as the usual vanity kits etc. slippers also provided. Great air conditioning which was a life saver during one of the hottest weeks in July/Aug. I didn’t dine there however the set up and menus were impressive. Our room had tea and coffee facilities as well as a very handy fridge for milk and snacks. We also were delighted to have a beautiful balcony to relax on complete with table and chairs. The location is the biggest highlight in my opinion, Clot metro station is less than five minutes walk which served us most of our stay. We also used Encants station which again was less than 10 mins in the opposite direction. Closeby there are plenty of great supermercats, a lidl, bakeries and restaurants. The only thing I would prefer would be a larger pool area, we checked it out but it was quite small and many people already using it, not a big deal as we used Barcelonetta beach most days to swim. Overall delighted with our stay and hope to visit again.

A budget hotel. Pictures are very cleverly taken! We had no issues with our stay, but expected more based on other reviews and pictures. Breakfast was not good in our opinion. Close to a tube station but not particularly close to the centre. I would say hotel lacked ‘pizzazz’. Pool is very small and cold- is also shaded for a lot of the day as is sandwiched between high rise flats! If you’re looking for a place to get your head down, this is for you. Any more, I personally wouldn’t recommend,

We stayed 3 days at the hotel prior to going on a cruise and had a great room!!! When we returned from the cruise we stay another night and the room was very uncomfortable. The AC did not work. It was like we were in a different hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Taxi stand right out the front doors of hotel. Clean. Rooms are small but great value for price. Breakfast included was very good.

Small, depressing room, smelled of cigarettes
Booked a double room with queen bed. Arrived at hotel (friendly reception staff), and got given a tiny, brown room with two single beds which strongly smelled Of cigarettes and some king of aftershave to try to cover it up. Cigarette burned work top just to add to the glamour. Looks over main road, not in a good way. Twin beds was a nightmare as a couple. Reception staff not very accommodating when we asked to be moved to the room we had booked. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Hotel AC was broken, our room was hot & service desk could care less. We prepaid for breakfast & did not eat at the hotel. They would not provide a refund. Protestors on street right outside of hotel. Horrible experience.

Catalonia Sagrada Família
Area around the hotel, at first, feels a bit run down but once everything opens up the energy and atmosphere changes. Lovely walking & dining mall nearby. Close to train station and nice walk to the fabulous Sagrada Família. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Our room was modern, well equipped and clean.
