This is misrepresented as having blackout shades and has having a front desk open until 8pm. Which made the checking process at 3 pm a nightmare for me after a 20 hr flight. There was noone to even answer a buzzer. Had to go to a restaurant nxt door kind enough to ket ne use their wifi to call the place for someone to show up 20 mn later. And the toom was horrible with no natural light and a window facing some sort of empty space which was lit all night long. Bed super uncomfortable. There was a friendly staff member upon our arrival (2 PM) which greeted us. Our room was on the first floor, safe 3 locked doors to get to our room. In our case we shared a bathroom which was very clean and not busy at all for June. The air conditioner worked well and cool. Outside of the rooms there is a common area with a lot of books in different languages and maps and flyers on numerous things to do and see throughout the city. For the price, comfort and security we would definitely stay again. Almost forgot, location was great.
