THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region. It has easy access to the beaches of calm waters and golden sand! On one side Barcelona and the other the Costa Brava within driving distance! Within a few KM, you can do ANY ACTIVITY you want to unwind and have fun, there are mountain trails, there are horse riding, golf courses, tennis club, activities like paint war, vertical woods to play among the treetops, Nautical clubs to not stop spending hours at sea. There is an small supermarket within 4 minute walk, and nearby there are paddle courts, gym, fitness room, spa, yoga studio... In the marina Port Balís, 20 minutes walk from the house, there are very good restaurants and on the beach, there are also small bars and restaurants to go and spend some time on summer nights. The village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is in the innermost part, 5 minutes drive there we will find everything, shops, restaurants, medical centre, pharmacy... The golf club, 2 pitch & putt courses, and the Balís marina make this town an exclusive area. BARCELONA is also very close. Explore the city and avoid its crowded streets returning to the calm of our region.
