The apartment is located next to Las Ramblas and Liceu theater. The Space: Welcome to this 140 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to Las Ramblas and the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Barcelona’s historic Old Town is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. The Palau Güell, the MACBA, the CCCB and the famous Mercado de la Boqueria are some of the symbols of this neighborhood where people of all nationalities converge. Getting Around: \- The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Liceu metro station (L3) by Las Ramblas. \- The easiest way to get from/to the airport is taking the Aerobus at Plaza Catalunya, this costs around 4,50 EUR per person. Other Things to Note: \*\*\* TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS \*\*\* \- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. \- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
