This apartment is composed of a bright living room, with an equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, etc.), a dining room and a living room (sofa, TV). The sofa is convertible, which can accommodate 2 people. The living room opens onto a balcony, with a table and chairs. On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms include plenty of storage space. You will also find a large bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. The Apartment is ideally located since it is close to the Bogatell metro station, allowing you to reach the center of Barcelona in just 10 minutes! In addition, this apartment is close to the Bogatell and Vila Olimpica beaches (10 minutes on foot.) If you are looking for an apartment close to the beaches and well located for a vacation, well this apartment is for you! :) \-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. \-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. \-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. \-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). \-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. \-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
