Welcome to our beautiful house in Barcelona, perfect for families or groups with a capacity for up to 7 people. This comfortable 3-bedroom house offers 84 m² of fully equipped living space, including two large terraces and a parking space for one medium car.   
  
Located in an elevated area of the city near Park Güell and the Carmel bunkers, the house provides a tranquil retreat while still being well-connected to the city center. Two nearby bus stops offer direct routes to central Barcelona, and the Alfonso X metro station is just 1000 meters away. The beach is a short 5 km drive, and El Prat airport is 18 km away. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, with shops and restaurants conveniently close by. Please note, the house is not in the city center and the street is on an incline, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration.   
  
The house has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition, ready to make you feel at home. Each of the three bedrooms is comfortable, and the living room is spacious and inviting. The functional kitchen boasts a stylish design and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy the outdoors on the two terraces, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with your loved ones.
