It is located in a residential building in the heart of Eixample, one of the most emblematic and central areas of Barcelona. Surrounded by impressive modernist buildings, pleasant restaurants, and cozy cafés frequented by locals, it offers an authentic, peaceful atmosphere far from the tourist crowds.  
  
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.  
  
It features a bright living room with a sofa, TV, open-plan kitchen, and dining table.  
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds. In addition, there is a second guest toilet for extra convenience.
