It is surrounded by nice restaurants moderniistas home without being "tourist traps". It is located on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. Living room with sofa bed, television, kitchenette and dining table. 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. Fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen etc. Bathroom with shower, washing machine. TV, iron, hairdryer, AC, wireless internet, etc. The area It is located in Carrer Valencia Paseo de Sant Joan, an avenue that invites strolling, full of impressive buildings from the era of modernism. In its surroundings are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and is a 10 minute walk to Paseo de Gracia and 20 minutes to the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The Eixample district is the modernist residential and commercial area while extending from the Plaça de Catalunya. He famously grid system of straight streets was designed in the 1860s to accommodate the growing population of the ancient city. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes to rest in this area it is full of modernist buildings with their facades with stone ornaments and iron.
