It is located on the attic floor of a building and has elevator. There is also a private parking which is possible to rent for 25 euros per day. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3). Apartment with Private Terrace Park Güell for 6 is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into three levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the second level. The first level is a calmer part. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two rooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath. On the third level you can find a large terrace where you can relax, have a drink, it is ideal for romantic evenings. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
