Comfortable and bright apartment located 800 mts from the BEACH and the train station (20 min. by train from Barcelona CENTRO).  
  
There is a playground nearby, and 300 meters from a nice park for walking.  
  
It is in a commercial area with everything necessary for the daily supply.  
  
Ideal for a family with children or 2 couples, to enjoy a beach vacation and visit the beautiful city of Barcelona.  
  
Also in a good place for a business trip for its proximity to Barcelona.

Very nice and comfortable, it has a spacious living dining room and a full kitchen, with everything you need to cook and a nice balcony: ideal for a family breakfast or an intimate dinner! ;)  
  
It has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed).
