The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are included.



The most notable feature of the apartment is the large private terrace with magnificent views of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is cosy and very peaceful thanks to its privileged position on the building's top floor.

And with a pleasant 12-minute walk, you can reach one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Paseo de Gracia, where two iconic Gaudí buildings are located: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. They can also visit the Sant Pau hospital, a modernist work that is 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

This apartment has automated entry. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not apply the late check-in fee :)



It is very important that guests follow the rules. These are some of the basic rules:



- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- No more people shall stay in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



To avoid disturbing neighbours, access to the terrace is not permitted from 23:00 to 9:00.



The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.



The apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, they can request an extra paid cleaning service if needed.
