About this space   
  
Recently renovated apartment in 2025, located on the sixth and top floor, very bright. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), study, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. The living room-dining room and the main bedroom face Paral·lel Avenue.   
  
It has centralised air conditioning, shared WiFi, 50 m² and capacity for 3 people. Central location and well-connected. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including balconies.   
  
The Space   
  
Discover this bright apartment located on the sixth and top floor of the building, recently renovated in 2025, ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. With 50 m² and capacity for up to 3 people, the flat offers a calm, modern and well-distributed environment.   
  
The property has two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as an independent study, perfect for teleworking or studying. It has a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for short or medium stays.   
  
The main bedroom and living-dining room both face Paral·lel Avenue, which provides a great influx of natural light and a pleasant sense of spaciousness throughout the day. Being on the top floor, the apartment is especially bright and well-ventilated.   
  
The flat is equipped with centralised air conditioning for greater comfort and shared wifi to keep you connected. The building has an old lift, characteristic of classic Barcelona properties, which at times may generate some noise.   
  
Thanks to its excellent location on Avinguda Paral·lel, you'll be close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, which makes it an ideal base for discovering the city.   
  
A modern apartment, very bright and well-located, perfect for enjoying Barcelona with comfort and tranquillity.   
  
Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, works will be carried out in the entrance hall of the building. The works may generate noise or occasional disturbances during the day. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times.   
  
Currently the building next door is carrying out some works, so during the day it is possible that some noise might be heard.   
  
Please take note of the following important information before booking:   
  
\- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included.   
  
\- Baby cot:   
  
Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.   
  
\-Additional guest:   
  
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.   
  
\-Late arrival:   
  
\- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be €50, and after 1 a.m. it will be €100   
  
\- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 euros and from 1:00 am it will be 100 euros.   
  
\- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00\. 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros   
  
\- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).   
  
\- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED on the premises under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.   
  
\- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, turning the area into the Broadway of Barcelona.   
  
Tapas and gastronomy   
  
Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street packed with tapas and pintxos bars that is perfect for discovering local cuisine.   
  
Montjuïc and Green Spaces   
  
Just a few steps away, you can enjoy Montjuïc, a space full of gardens, museums, and viewpoints. You can also visit the Magic Fountain, which is very popular for its nighttime light and water show.   
  
Excellent connection   
  
The area has metro, buses and quick access to tourist spots such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.   
  
This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or business travellers looking for a strategic location with services, atmosphere and comfort.
