Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be 50€ . \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 euros \- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00\. 60 euros. \- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. \- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
