Located in the center of Mataró, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train station. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (microwave, fridge, washer-, iron, worktop, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking) and a living room kitchen with table sofa bed chairs for two and TV Terrace with barbecue and lounger.It has high-speed Wifi.Sheets and towels are included for all guests. Accommodation. It is excellently connected to Barcelona by a direct train link (line R1). . Perfect for couples, families and friends, leisure, work or study. 25 km from Barcelona and 30 km from the Costa Brava (7 minutes from the station, trains every 5 minutes). Flat recently built. The flat is in the centre of calle la Riera 88, considered the best street in this city, 5-10 minutes from the beach and the train station. Pedestrian zone where you can find fashion shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat is equipped with TV, Internet connection, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, espresso machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
