« What a great home! We stayed for a week. There was about 6 to 8 inches of snow when we arrived. The road was plowed, covered with a dusting, but had no issue getting to the house. The owners were very accommodating and very helpful. The house is fully stocked and furnished (dishes, pots, pans, towels, silverware, blankets, pillows, etc.) The property was amazing! Very serene and peaceful. You could hear the creek nearby. We ventured all over the property. Very close to Blackwater Falls state...

« A wonderful stay! The reviews are all spot on. Husband & Wife plus two dogs throughly enjoyed our stay. We spent Christmas through NYE here and the Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a backwoods escape. We loved soaking in the hot tub after long chilly days of hiking and the pups loved the big yard to run around in. « This was our second stay, and the first time we took our son trout fishing. The property is beautiful. The river was low and we didn't catch anything, but still had a great time. If I'm nit-picking, the living room could use a simple throw blanket. The stored ones are itchy and give me flashbacks to my grandma's house in the 80s. It could also use some type of curtain or blind in the main room, not only to feel less exposed in the evenings, but to insulate a little. It stays cooler in the big...
