This wonderful estate has 4 beautiful and cozy bedrooms, designed with care for every detail and equipped with a TV, all with spacious en suite bathrooms with a bathtub. The master bedroom takes pride in its large terrace overseeing the wonderful greenery in which you may enjoy on the comfortable lounge chairs. The kitchen is every foodie\`s dream – ample, friendly, fully equipped, and connected with the bright dining room filled with daylight and opened to the large pool and the garden, making it the best possible culinary experience for the whole lot. The living room is the embodiment of the tranquility offering the soothing atmosphere with its colors, elegance, cozy furniture, and the stone-made fireplace. In Villa Kanco, the relaxation shows its all forms with the roomy inside jacuzzi and the lovely sauna, just perfect for the long pleasant nights. The covered terrace is ideal for dining al fresco, tasting that perfect BBQ, or having the delicious morning coffee. Completely air-conditioned and with the central heating, Villa Kanco is perfect for all seasons. The house also offers free Wi-Fi and has its own parking lot on its ground.  
  
The playroom is a separate edifice equipped with a PS4, a pool table, darts, table tennis, and a foosball, all for your entertainment.
