This marvelous house is built with solid Istrian stone many generations ago and today is endowing a truely exceptional experience revealing the genuine story of Istria. The villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and remarkable tranquility. Carefully and lovingly restored, Villa Jas offers all modern commodities thoughtfully nested into the rich heritage. Villa\`s prevailing signature is the compelling balance of natural elements, a place where Nature itself is intertwined with the warmth of hard and ancient wood, purity, and freshness of the stone and with the masterful performance of the wrought iron. Antique furniture and carefully chosen details are perfectly fitted among the whiteness of the stone walls and the original elements of the old estate, like the pristine stone fireplace, wooden doors and shutters and original ceiling beams.   
  
Villa Jas takes pride on its own wine cellar which offers carefree indulgement in savoring famous Istrian wines of superb quality.   
  
Spacious and comfortable, Villa Jas is consisted of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which accommodates 8 persons. The covered terrace reveals old massive fireplace and the ideal spot for dining al fresco, cheerful company or simple restful leisure in the peaceful Istrian nature. The relaxation area offers a swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, providing needed refreshment or comfortable loafing on the warm sun and it is completely enclosed with the old stone wall ensuring absolute privacy. The yard of Villa Jas is the charming bond of stone and greenery of Istrian olive tree providing so needed and longed relaxation accompanied solely by a book and birdsong.
