Green surrounding of the inland Istria makes this apartment nice holiday choice for relaxing peaceful holiday. Distanced 25 km from Pula, the cultural and historical center of Istrian peninsula, 15 km from the Istrian coast, village Škitaca offers perfect escape from the busy and vivid atmosphere of the Istrian coast. Yet, within 15 minutes drive through the picturesque scenery, the beaches and urban life experience can be reached. Apartment "Lara II" covers 120 m2 of the family house on the second floor and apartment "Lara I" 120m2 on the 1st floor, while the owners live on the ground floor. There are around 40 locals living in this charming cozy village. Well equipped apartment with plenty of space will meet the requests of the bigger family or smaller groups of friends. Man nutzt diesen gemeinsam mit dem unteren Appartement, sowie den Grill und kann so gleich Bekannschaften schließen. Auch im Dorf gibt es mehrere Ferienhäuser und so kommen doch einige Kinder zusammen. Einkaufsmögl. sind in der Nähe, allerdings ca. 2KM entfernt.
