Great staff on the beach and great housekeeping Front desk staff could not find both their feet if trying - very weak group. Old hotel with run down feel.

It’s off the path a little which is nice that it’s not off a main road. Private beach was right there and perfect location. I would go back definitely. A little high priced I feel and the other hotels are probably a little nicer but the bed was very comfortable and it was perfect in all other ways.

It’s time for a major renovation . At least redo the reception counter . Paint the pool . It’s not even tempting to go swim in it . Get a ATM machine . Maybe an area where we can buy some snacks . Stop nickel and diming us . They charge a service charge when you eat there and then they want you to tip them . This hotel is not in comparison to other hotels we stayed in in our trips around the world . Sorry to say but we won’t go back .

Location is prime, on the beach. Lovely and very attentive staff, clean dining experience didn't get harsh browns at breakfast that was my only complaint. otherwise I will most definitely return.

Casual and friendly atmosphere on a beautiful stretch of beach. Great ocean views from my room. Unique experience of seeing race horses being taken for a swim in the sea on our beach.

The team that runs this resort are truly outstanding. Every single member of the team goes the extra mile - nothing is too much trouble. They deliver magnificent customer service with a smile on their faces. The hotel is in a wonderful location too - but it's all about the people. My only criticism relates to the lack of ongoing investment in the premises by Radisson. They are tired and in need of upgrading / refurbishment. Come on Radisson Group! I'll return to this fabulous place in a heartbeat.

Okay the hotel needs some investment as rooms are dated and decor needs refreshed asap and hotel lacks evening entertainment. Staff however are fantastic, reception are lovely, beach staff outstanding.Breakfast waitress girls singing while serving Bajan style heartwarming. Location perfect for best beach and morning strolls to either Sage or Charles Washington eateries for breakfast or lunch.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Aquatica. Restaurant staff was amazing especially with our 18 month old son. There is a portion of the restaurant that looks closed off for repairs which appears new and operational in the photos. Ocean view was awesome

The staff were extremely friendly and for the most part accommodating. The air conditioniner did not work in my room the 1st night and when I called the front desk I was told everything was closed. I asked if I could get some cold waters and he repeated “everything is closed”. So we tossed and turned sweating all night. Finally fell asleep around 5 AM after 12 hours of traveling. Needless to say we missed our excursion the next day because we needed to rest while we were finally able. When we woke up and I spoke to the front desk they were apologetic and got on seeing if they could fix the AC (they could not, and we had to change rooms). Front Desk Supervisor had Concierge call OK the tour operator on our behalf as we weren’t able to make it due to the situation with our room. Viator nor Beautiful Barbados Tours were not willing to work with us to reschedule for the following day for ANY tour. The property & staff were very well aware of the situation and did not even offer to try and book an excursion for us or help with the $230 USD I lost due to the situation. Will everyone were mostly willing to help, by no means were they in any rush to do so. Also when we had to switch rooms they just gave my daughter and I new key cards and told us it was across the hall from us - no offer to help with moving our luggage or anything.

This property should be under a complete overhaul if not torn down completely. It is dirty, unkept, and in terrible condition. The rooms were cleaned daily, but the furnishings look like they were found on the streets. The elevator stayed dirty, so bad that you were almost afraid to touch a button. There are cats that are allowed to run freely in the hotel, and on the furnishings. You would find birds in the dining area walking on the tables that are set for patrons meals. Pool was in desperate need of cleaning. Algea is visible throughout the pools bottom.

The room we had was really in a poor condition. For instance, the bottom of the door in the bathroom was rotting and the bath / shower itself was very poor. All over the hotel, e.g. in the bar, things looked really old and rusting. The walls of the room looked dirty. Clearly there has not been any attempt at redecoration or maintenance for many many years. For the price the property charges, it was really poor.

Radisson is our home away from home and I am from Trinidad. The warmth and hospotality is like no other. We love the location of the beach and pool facilities and staff!

The check-in process was extremely slow. The person checking us in was lovely. I think it's slow due to a lack of updated technology that could make the process faster. The room and entire hotel is in dire need of a renovation. There was a very loud outdoor party with live band playing at an adjacent property and even with air conditioning on and doors closed, we could hear them loud and clear. Nigel, the Concierge was Wonderful!!! Upon arrival, he handed all of us a rum punch and was very pleasant.

The location and swimming at the property are spectacular. You just walk down and swim. The property had some serious plumbing issues for 2 days and it was really challenging; however, the management handled the issues perfectly, thus I still am giving 5 stars.
