Well equipped kitchen which is great for us as we cook almost all meals. The host has done a great job of placing storage for guests in all the rooms . We were a family with now 4 adults and this worked very well for us. Unit was very clean. One issue to be aware is laundry facilities in the basement and are coin operated. This is an overall great rental property which is only 5 minutes away from downtown Bar Harbor. A recently constructed building, the 3-bedroom rental unit was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's in a residential neighborhood so the area is quiet and safe. There is also ample parking. The only things that would've made it perfect would be having 2 bathrooms instead of 1 which is a bit difficult for large families and having laundry machines inside the units instead of it being in the basement. (It also uses quarters). However, communication with the host was excellent.
