The waterfront is basically unusable, unless of course, you don't mind wading through yard-after-yard of knee-deep mud to eventually (presumably--we gave up) reach the "lake." You might also want to bring an extra 50 gallons of water, because the camp has no running water to rinse oneself after each unintended mud bath. And carrying that water to the "campsite" won't be easy, as one needs to navigate a long dirt footpath from the parking area to the site.
After seeing the "camp," we chose not to stay even one of the five nights that we had booked and already paid for. Bottom line, watch out!
