Cal Fenent is a beautifully renovated holiday rental located just a short walk from the picturesque lake and charming old town of Banyoles. Hosted by Els Majordoms, Banyoles The house is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and opens onto the garden, providing a lovely space for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances. There are three bedrooms in the house, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The two double bedrooms can be configured with either individual beds or a king-size bed, depending on your preferences. The single bedroom is perfect for a child or a single adult. All of the bedrooms are decorated with a unique style and offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Cal Fenent has been completely renovated and refurbished with new furniture and appliances in June 2023, making it a modern and comfortable holiday rental. The beds and mattresses are especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. Each room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer months. High-speed fiber optic internet is available, making it perfect for streaming content and video conferencing with multiple people at once. There is also a TV with Chromecast, allowing guests to stream their content from their phone. Cal Fenent has a fenced garden. Il est possible de tout faire à pied. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais des pâles au plafond ce qui était suffisant malgré les fortes chaleurs. La literie était très bien également. En revanche, la cuisine manque vraiment d'équipements comme un saladier, une râpe et la notice du four car tout était effacé au niveau des boutons du four.
