this appears to be a facility where smoking is allowed in rooms. We had asked for a non-smoking room but were assigned a room which reeked of tobacco smoke and also had a broken air-conditioner. The manager did offer a portable room heater but due to the smoke we were given another room. That room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Overall a run down hotel which should not be operated in the present state.

This is the third time staying here and the tv signal never works. They tell you upon arrival that they have a problem with the signal but I think owners are just being cheap and don’t want to pay for cable.

Our door was open and didn’t lock from the outside, and only locked from inside the room and when I asked for another room they said they only had one room but a smoke one, not good

Upon checkin we were told that the Television in the room they were assigning us didn’t work. I told the receptionist that I like to watch Tv and prefer to be in a room where it woks. We were assigned a different room. When my husband went to take a shower, the shower didn’t work. I called the front desk I was told that he would come check it out. I told him we had somewhere to be and if he can just give me a different room, I even told him the one without a working Tv would be better than one with no shower. He told me he had just given it to someone else so he had no more rooms and would come check out the shower. He c as me yo the room and verified that it wasn’t working and miraculously has a room to move us to.

One problem after another with this property. Front desk area had water leaks left and right coming from the ceiling. Going up stairs the downspouts were not connected so we had water draining all over use and the stairs

When I asked if I could have a 1st floor room. They told they only had 2nd floors available. I ask if they had an elevator, they said no. I explained I had a bad knees. They gave me a room towards the fwy, it was so noisy, I couldn't sleep all night. And the smell in the room was horrible, they use this chemicals to clean rhe room, tgat was so strong. It gave me a migraine. I also called during the night to tell them the Tv wasn't working. They never answered their phone. Bad experience, I don't understand why Wyndham adds their name to this horrible hotels. I wish I would of git my money refunded. I felt sick and unsafe in that room. I am a female and so was my friend.

I made this reservation by accident at least this location I wanted the palm springs location. So when I called 1 and a half hours after booking the reservation they couldn't cancel it or move me to Palm springs location. Which then forced me to leave the room that I was staying in in Palm springs which then made it to where I didn't have a place to sleep at night. All I was trying to do was extend my stay and I couldn't do so because I accidentally booked the wrong town correct hotel but wrong town and they can do nothing to help me not even cancel my reservation instead they still wanted to charge me the whole fee for a room that I didn't even stay in because I cannot get to banning from Palm springs. If you ask me it's a bunch of BS I'm going to take it up with my bank who's going to reverse the charges regardless but it's ridiculous that I have to go through this.

I brouhgt my wife to this hotel. booked the Jacuzzi room to have a romantic night after coming from the Morongo casino and I was shocked how durty was the floor in my room, have to go to registration and conplain about it well they sent the house keeper to clean it (she used only water and a towel) then we finally want to relax at the jacuzzi only to find out that the jetters were not working, we end up sitting in flat water no bublbles or massage from the jetters. Very disappointed, wont stay here next time.

The floor was in very bad condition the lights didn’t work properly the safety latch was broken We felt unsafe the room paint was in very bad conditions.

The people who run the place are awesome! They were very kind and courteous! Some shady stuff in the parking lot on the weekends, but the place is super lit up!! I felt totally safe!

Should be condemned
The desk clerk insisted. I leave a 5 star Google review before. He would even give me the room key. The room was filthy dirty, not a smoke detector just wires hanging from the ceiling dripping faucit's very nasty scratched up floor broken window. And after searching through reviews from other people that same hotel and that same room have been missing That smoke detector for over 9 months. This place should be condemned or shut down. I stayed the first night and immediately packed everything up and left and did not stay the second night.

Very badly maintained rooms with ugly cushion sheet for the chairs. Value for the money paid 156$ for a night is very low. complementary breakfast is just 1 dought nut and a small plastic bottle mini size of orange juice. pathetic.... Over all very bad experience and the next day i stayed in Lake arrow head for the same money in a classic start rated hotel.

Surprisingly the cleaning staff(maids) were more friendly than the guest check-in staff. Overall my children and I were pleased with the stay. We'd stay again if needed.

We checked in at 6PM for an overnight stay. The hotel staff checked us in and told us that we booked a smoking room when the online booking never reflected that. Both beds in our room had crumbs and debris on the bed sheets. The flat sheet on one of the beds had blood stains. I asked the staff if the cleaning crew can changed sheets. He said that no one is available to do till tomorrow morning. The toilet is worst than the public bathroom ones. I will never book another stay at this place again.

Over all 4/5 the property seems a little outdated which most motels are. It was clean-ish enough to where it isn’t a problem. Staff was friendly. And we never had any issues finding parking. Area seems safe for the most part. Starbucks is next door which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay again if needed.
