Come renew your spirit in our fully furnished luxury mountaintop retreat located in The Reserve, a new condo development high on Sugar Mountain. From your perch at 5000 feet, you will enjoy breathtaking mountain sunsets while you relax on the large deck, chill (or warm by the gas-log fireplace!) in the great room, or snuggle in the master bedroom. Or you can walk to the top of the Sugar Mountain ski lifts to enjoy the Southeast’s best skiing. We call our place “Granddaughter Mountain.” We offer a spacious primary suite, a guest room, and a loft, with a bathroom for each of the 3 sleeping areas. The primary suite offers a king bed and a Jacuzzi tub, and it opens onto the large deck. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed. The sofa in the loft becomes a bed. Stay in touch with wi-fi, or retreat to the large-screen TV. Whatever the season, the views are spectacular, and the list of activities in the area is endless. You’ll be only minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville, Valle Crucis, and, of course, Grandfather Mountain. So come, sit by the fire or relax on the cool deck and enjoy the High Country! The condo was super cozy with the gas fireplace, plenty of spices in the kitchen, and again that gorgeous view. My son left a small toy and they even notified me and shipped it to me. As if that wasn’t enough, the pictures do not do her rental justice! It’s inviting, cozy, and convenient. We felt secluded, yet, were so close to everything. It’s the perfect size. It’s spacious, yet we weren’t all spread out. It was stocked with more than we could imagine. If we return to Sugar Mountain, we wouldn’t be able to stay anywhere else! The views were the cherry on top. We usually are all ready to come home the last day or vacation, but none of us wanted to leave. Favorite restaurant was The Painted Fish. THE best stop of the trip was on the way out of town at Grandfathers Mountain Vineyard; that place was awesome. This unit is clean, the furnishings are very comfortable, the supplies for our use are plentiful, and the views are breathtaking. The Reserve at Sugar Mountain is centrally located to Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock with so many activities to do. Thank you for opening up your unit for rental. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and everything you could need, they provided. My kids loved the games and I enjoyed the puzzles. The view was spectacular and there were numerous adventures not far from this place. While this was our first “snow trip” without any snow, it was still cold and we just had fun relaxing as a family.
