Walk to everything in every season! This 1800 square foot condo features 4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath, and a large, open living, dining and kitchen space. The main level has the living room, kitchen, and dining area complete with a balcony overlooking the golf course area. What's nearby: Sugar Mountain Resort is just moments away from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours and a full golf course. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including Reid's Cafe and Elevations Restaurant. Sightseeing is plentiful in this area as well, such as the Foggy Mountain Gem Mine, Mile High Swinging Bridge and Grandfather State Park. The biggest issue was the lack of internet during our entire stay. This was reported multiple times, but it was never resolved, which was extremely inconvenient. In addition, the property is very run down and poorly maintained. The stairs were broken, creating a safety concern, and overall the place felt neglected and in need of serious repairs. The only positive aspect of this property is its location, which is convenient. However, a good location alone does not make up for the poor condition, lack of maintenance, and unresolved issues we experienced. Everything in the house was super dirty and old. The kitchen was not cleaned at all , most of the bathrooms sinks didn’t drain , bedding, curtains were also very dirty. It was nice that all the bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms, and the living room was a decent size.
