It is accessible from 105 in Boone/Foscoe. There is one power line down but room for one car to pass through at a time. Priority will be given to displaced families or crews who are here to help. Sorry, pets are not allowed. 4wd is not necessary.\*\* Welcome to Breathtaking Bungalow! Centrally located to the best of the High Country in Boone, Blowing Rock & Banner Elk, you are always only minutes to your favorite activities & events. From the amenities and sense of community you'll find on-site, to the surrounding adventures just minutes away, each time you stay, you will be inspired. This inviting 2 bedroom condo has spectacular long range views, a spacious porch and guests have access to 2 Echota Clubhouses. This peaceful condo is cozy, yet spacious! There are stairs to walk down to the door, but the entire condo is one level. Perfect for a complete mountain getaway! The living area is an open concept, allowing for cooking, eating and gathering all at once. Guests will have access to the entire condo and use of it's amenities, like the washer, dryer and coffee maker There are stairs to get down to this unit. Please respect the locals! There are bears so please do not leave any food or trash outside at the entrance or the porch (they can climb!) HOUSE RULES: No parties No loud music or noises No smoking in or outside (Smoking is not allowed on the grounds at Echota) No pets (an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be added if pet hair is found on the furniture - we appreciate your understanding!) No Pets No smoking in the home or on the property No Parties As this is the mountains and we often experience storms and high winds, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won't be able to give refunds for outages except for on a case by case basis. \*If you know you need internet, please consider bringing your own hotspot to avoid missing important meetings • If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you!
